SHIPPING POLICY

Most small orders will be shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) unless there is competitive shipping available. Because of the complexity and variety of our products, we will calculate and confirm a shipping cost prior to shipping any products to you. Larger orders may have to go motor freight or flatbed. For these orders we will negotiate the best possible rates from our carriers. Shipping discrepancies must be reported to Keystone Fence Supplies within two business days of receipt of shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. If you already have open terms with us, we can accept a purchase order and invoice you later. If you are not on pre-established terms of credit, you must enter a credit card number during checkout or your order will not be processed. Keystone Fence Supplies does not charge a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. This information must be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

PERSONAL CHECKS, CASH AND MONEY ORDERS

Keystone Fence Supplies does not accept checks, cash or money orders as a method of payment on internet orders.

RETURN POLICY

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original invoice date. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted. For all returns or exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. If you need to return an item, please call or email us for assistance. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

SALES TAXES

Keystone Fence Supplies will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other areas, the purchaser is solely responsible for all sales, customs, duties taxes and/or other taxes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, Keystone Fence Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at an incorrect price. You will be under no obligation to accept an order for which the price was posted incorrectly.
